As a Customer Support Engineer you are the first point of contact when our customers have questions about our different tools. Tripolis offers several powerful marketing automation solutions, such as Webpower, Dialogue and Spike. As part of the support team you are the key person between our clients and the different teams within the Tripolis organisation.
Your activities as a Customer Support Engineer depend on your interests and skills, in addition to customer support. Some of the possible activities: giving (user) trainings, managing the knowledge centres of all our products, assisting in customer projects or helping our marketing team to communicate more effectively to our customers or assisting our development team.
