What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Engineer you are the first point of contact when our customers have questions about our different tools. Tripolis offers several powerful marketing automation solutions, such as Webpower, Dialogue and Spike. As part of the support team you are the key person between our clients and the different teams within the Tripolis organisation.

Your activities as a Customer Support Engineer depend on your interests and skills, in addition to customer support. Some of the possible activities: giving (user) trainings, managing the knowledge centres of all our products, assisting in customer projects or helping our marketing team to communicate more effectively to our customers or assisting our development team.

You are customer-friendly, solution-oriented, creative and a communicative star. You are able to discover the real question behind the question and you think proactively with the customer. Furthermore, you are ambitious, eager to learn and want to grow within our organisation.

Furthermore, we ask:

  • You have gained knowledge in a (side) job or internship.
  • The Dutch language has no secrets for you (excellent verbal and written command).
  • You are able to speak and write a decent amount of English.
  • It is an advantage if you are skilled in Swedish, Spanish and/or French.
  • You are analytically strong.
  • You are customer and service oriented and go that extra mile to make customers smile.
  • You like to puzzle over issues and come up with ready-made solutions.
  • Knowledge of HTML and e-mail marketing / marketing automation is a plus.
  • You have interest in or experience with marketing technology or IT in general.
