Account Manager Expansion

Are you that Account Manager that enjoys nothing more than managing and expanding existing client relationships, in other words, working on Client Success Management? Can't you wait to work together with the Sales department (7FTE) for clients such as Heineken, ANWB, ABN AMRO and the Council of the European Union? Then Tripolis is looking for you!

What will you be doing?

  • You are responsible for Client Success Management, with a focus on managing & expanding existing clients
  • You are the first point of contact for all commercial customer questions
  • You create and execute marketing campaigns, in cooperation with our marketing department, of course
  • You create quotations and follow them up
  • You ensure accurate pipeline management
  • You give presentations/demonstrations/webinars
  • You approach our customers proactively on a daily basis

Who are you?

You have a passion for sales, are knowledgeable and able to meet targets. You are keen on market opportunities and listen carefully to the customer. You are also ambitious, enthusiastic and have a healthy sense of humour.

Furthermore, we ask:

  • Minimum of a completed HBO education in e.g. Commercial Economics
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. Preferably with selling software or SaaS solutions
  • Experience with email marketing & online marketing is a clear advantage
  • A drive to understand business
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, possibly also another European language such as Spanish, German or French
