In this practical oriented course for editors and creatives, delegates will learn how to operate the basic functions of the Tripolis Dialogue Software. After the training, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to operate the software independently.

Practitioner: Application Management

During this practical training course, aimed at marketing, sales and account managers, delegates learn how to identify email marketing needs and how to advise end-users about email marketing solutions. At the end of the course, delegates will receive a certificate of participation and will be able to advise customers about the application of email and SMS marketing in general and Tripolis Dialogue Software in particular.

Duration: ½ day either morning or afternoon.

Masters: Sales Support

During this hands-on course for support staff, participants will learn how to support the email marketing and sales processes and how to react to (help desk) questions from (potential) end-users. During this very practical course, which is aimed at senior programmers and system managers, you can learn how to link Tripolis to high-end CRM, REP and CMS systems.
