Tripolis Dialogue is delivered as a complete system. The Contact Manager is derived from the contact details and data which are centrally saved. With the Content Manager it is possible to design campaigns and to edit content and pictures. The Publish Manager takes the next step, thereby guaranteeing the E-mail and SMS delivery. Tripolis Dialogue can be extended with the separate module Campaign Management: this is a unique online drag and drop suite for multi-channel and event-driven Campaign Management.

Report Management
The report and analysis management system is an integral component of Tripolis Dialogue. It provides you with real time highly detailed insight into the executed campaign. It highlights the effectiveness of the e-mail campaign. Find out what proportion of the mailing were received, which were not and why. See which e-mails were opened, when and with the support of which e-mail programme. The report also details whether the mailings were opened via a mobile telephone. It is important to know whether users read the mailing and whether they clicked through to the website. The report and analysis system gives immediate insight into the conversion of the ROI. All data is presented in a clear manner both in table and graphical form.
