Tripolis Solutions, founded in 1999, is one of the first European email service providers (ESP) which develops technical solutions in the area of email marketing software and delivery. Our services are delivered via a network of leading industry reseller partners.

We help our customers to create, maintain and expand their contacts with our solutions. We can sum up our services into two groups: Tripolis Dialogue, the email marketing Software and Tripolis Delivery, the high-end delivery services.

Tripolis Dialogue is a multichannel communication solution which is delivered as a ‘Software as a Service’ (Saas). Users require nothing more than a browser to create email newsletters, send SMS messages and conduct complete multichannel campaigns. With Tripolis Dialogue you even have access to a drag and drop campaign manager which enables you in an easy manner to implement and conclude complex multi-step and multichannel campaigns.

Tripolis aims through the use of its technology to facilitate interaction between organisations and individuals. This is done in such a way that the environmental impacts are as neutral as possible.

Tripolis Solutions is the First European Email Service Provider to have achieved both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification.

ISO 9001 is a Standard which has specific demands on the quality management system of an organisation and the way in which the organisation carries out it’s quality policy. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization:

• needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and;
• aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO/IEC 27001 is the most comprehensive amongst internationally recognised standards which define the security requirements which must be met to create an Information Security Management System (ISMS). ISO/IEC 27001:2005 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of the organization’s overall business risks. It specifies requirements for the implementation of security controls customized to the needs of individual organizations or parts thereof.

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is designed to ensure the selection of adequate and proportionate security controls that protect information assets and give confidence to interested parties. The awarding of this certification is evidence that Tripolis Solutions meets the high standards for information security and is at the same time also a guarantee that customer data is carefully handled. We have achieved ISO/IEC 27001 Certification for both the office and the data centre of Tripolis.
